Collective Expands Senior Management Team

Following record revenues in 2009, and in preparation for significant growth in the year ahead, Collective, a leading media and technology solutions company for online display advertising, today announced the expansion of its senior management team.

NEW YORK, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Following record revenues in 2009, and in preparation for significant growth in the year ahead, Collective, a leading media and technology solutions company for online display advertising, today announced the expansion of its senior management team. The company also announced the promotion of a key technology sales executive.

Andrew Kraft, 36, who previously served as Vice President, Technology Solutions at Collective, has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Technology Sales & Client Services. In his new role, Mr. Kraft will oversee all technology sales, client services and technology account management at the company.

Tony Lagana, 40, has been tapped as Vice President, Engineering, responsible for all technology development and strategy at Collective. Previously, Mr. Lagana served as Engineering Manager at Google™. Before his tenure at Google, he spent 10 years in various engineering roles at DoubleClick, most recently as Senior Director. Mr. Lagana holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Hofstra University.

Mike Burton, 30, has been appointed Director, Technology Sales, leading sales efforts related to Collective's AMP Network™ Reach Extension solution. Mr. Burton joins Collective from Madison Logic, where he served as Vice President of Advertising Sales. Previously, he worked as Director of Display Advertising for IndustryBrains, Inc. Mr. Burton is a graduate of Lehigh University where he received a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism.

Sean Koehler, 38, joins Collective as Senior Director, Client Services, where he will lead implementation and support services for Collective's AMP solution. Previously, Mr. Koehler spent eight years at DoubleClick, most recently serving as Director of Global Operations. Mr. Koehler graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics.
